Noveclat Interiors is seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-driven Personal Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations by managing a range of administrative and personal tasks with efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Oversee scheduling, arrange meetings, and manage correspondence.
Project Coordination: Support the planning and organization of design projects, liaising with team members and clients as needed.
Task Management: Prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
Event Planning Assistance: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and key events.
Document Management: Maintain and organize files, contracts, and essential records.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodations, and itineraries as required.
Qualification
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a creative or design-focused industry.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Characteristics: Detail-oriented, proactive, capable of multitasking, and able to handle confidential information.
Interest in Design: A genuine enthusiasm for interior design or the creative field is a plus.
